Training #4 (make up): 18 Feb Wed

Hmm...Rather enjoyable! Not much physical training, more on skills and techniques. How to use rescue aids such as rigid stick, long-sleeved shirts, kickboards, life-bouy and most fun of them all...rope throw!

Sculling water with hands only...It's hard to describe, easy to say, very hard to do. Our standoff position is sculling with 2 hands, horizontal face up, one leg raised to surface level. Try it! Test yourself to see how long you can stay balanced.

After or before that (I really forgot the sequence), we learned how to do water entries etc..plundge, impact xxx(i forgot the name! oh no).

Very fun day I think...Have training later at 730...so ciaos first :)
